This is a board of a comic I did in college. The story is about a tom boy who hits a fly ball over the fence into an overgrown median and has to retrieve it. But she gets attacked by some shadow bird thing and narrowly escapes the dangerous wilderness by the skin of her teeth. I never finished the 10 page comic, it's always been one page not done.
